[Annie's gift is twofold. Her parcel from Ryou contains a nice dress for Maribelle that Ryou acquired in a local doll and marionette shop. It's on the gothic lolita side of the spectrum, but he hopes it's received well.
The second gift is more detailed. Within a box a little bigger than, say, a shoebox, he's created a diorama with small carved and painted figures of her and Altair sitting atop a building and looking out into a starry night. It's amazing how he's managed to get some detail in while still keeping the figures relatively simple, much like his Monster World figures.
