A theme? Uhhh ... we're all engineers or mechanics, and we're going to be talking about how to improve technology here. Is that theme enough? I need to find out how many people who are going to be there, and then maybe you can - what, give me a quote? Then I can figure out how much we should all chip in.

I'm primarily a bread and desert baker, but I can do some bakes that count as meals. Do you know how many people I would be cooking for? In general?
Also a theme would help. For the record this is the good kind of trouble! I like being busy.
